Unforgettable non-formal Thai relation-ship: in short we always call unknown elderly patients the same as we call our elderly close relatives. Beside, traditional Thai mines are well learned to give. All of these Thai relation-ship manners do established a very warm patients and paramedic personal relation-ship, as compares to other non-Thai.

Ophthalmic patient nursing cares are totally different from others patient. Due to anatomic-physiologic unique of eye.

Firstly, the delicates structures’ organ that valuables to minor trauma, these needs a well trained paramedical person care.

Secondly, infection of eye mostly end up with dreadful results, this mean we need well trained paramedical person.

Thirdly, in many instants it need a very specific patient self maneuver, this must be under a very closely instructs by paramedical person, such as face down position, after retinal surgery. Even, fatalness from medication errors may occur, such as an a single drop of non-selective beta-blocker to an old patient with asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease may lead to exacerbation of the disease, and eventually to death.

Hence, the only experience-well trained paramedic-personal be supervised and it is the must to refresh the all crucial knowledge to all of other related paramedic-parson, on a regular basis.

Instruct and Encourage patients to understand the important of good care and can performed basic selves such as to how to cleaning and to take eye drops by themselves.

Consult with other people and other health and welfare departments to assist the patient with continuous care and patient rights both in care and after discharge.
