CR-FAH was established in 2022 in response to the strategies of the Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University, in developing an ecosystem for innovation and focusing on outstanding research on functional foods and herbs. This is in line with the strategy of Chiang Mai University and the national strategy for building competitiveness.
