Prof. Chaisiri Angkurawaranon, M.D., Head of the Global Health Research Center and Assistant Dean for Research Grant Management at the Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University, along with the Global Health Research Center Team: Assoc. Prof. Kanokporn Pinyopornpanish, M.D., Nutchar Wiwatkunupakarn, M.D., Ms. Kulyapa Kuensuwan (Nurse), Ms. Natasha Herbert (Nurse), LSHTM team: Prof. Sanjay Kinra, Ms. Kirsty Andresen (Ph.D. student), and Ms. Lily Hopkins (Ph.D. student). Assoc. Prof. Vanphanom Sychareun, MD, PhD., Dean of the Faculty of Public Health, University of Health Sciences, Ministry of Health, Vientiane, Lao PDR, and Vathsana Somphet MD, MPH., Vice Head of Department Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Faculty of Public Health, University of Health Sciences, Lao PDR. Also, Ms. Koshma Eswaramoorthy, Sophomore from the University of Texas and Southwestern Medical School, USA.

The event includes knowledge exchange and progress presentations from Buri Ram Hospital in Buri Ram Province, Baan Takun Hospital, and Ban Nasan Hospital in Surat Thani Province, Lamphun Hospital in Lamphun Province, Panomsarakham Hospital in Chachoengsao Province, and the Public Health Office of Phimai District in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. There were also meetings involving project stakeholders and discussions on project expansion, featuring presentations on project operation standards and the application and technology for PILM, as well as suggestions and strategies for Diabetes Remission Patients Treatment Program.
