EMS Service

Emergency Medical Services, Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital provide examination services and provides advanced resuscitation outside the hospital. to those injured in accidents and those with life-threatening illnesses 24 hours a day before being taken to a hospital by a team of doctors, nurses and emergency medical staff.

Important information for calling.

Stay calm, don’t panic, call the following information clearly.

  1. Nature of the event
  2. Clear scene entry-exit paths, landmarks
  3. Number of patients…in cases, male/female, approximate age…years
  4. Is the patient conscious or not?
  5. Is the patient still breathing or not?
  6. There are dangerous risks such as being in the middle of the road, fire, oil-chemical spills.
  7. Tell the person’s last name and a callback number

Provide first aid as instructed by staff over the phone. until the ambulance reaches you.

Service procedure

  • In the case of a doctor’s examination and order to give injections
    1. Pay for service, cashier ccenter.
    2. Waiting for the medicine at the pharmacy room.
    3. Contact the injection room. get a cue card and waiting for service
    4. Receive injection services
    5. Go home or contact the examination room (in case the examination has not been completed)
  • In the case of injections by appointment
    1. Register at the kiosk or registration room no. 19
    2. Contact the injection room. get a cue card and waiting for service
    3. Receive injection services
    4. Pay for service, cashier ccenter.
    5. Go home

Wound Care Unit

Wound care unit

Providing cleaning, wound dressing and thread cutting services.

for outpatients

 

Service procedure

1. Register at the kiosk or registration room no. 19

2. Contact the wound care room. get a cue card and waiting for service

3. Receive wound care services

4. Pay for service, cashier ccenter.

5. Go home
